Eat less fatty foods and increase your physical activity. Exercise regularly, aerobic tones the heart, blood vessels and muscles and helps keep your blood pressure low. Alcohol in moderation and limit your salt intake. A diet high in salt causes the body of water, thus reducing the volume of blood in circulation and increases the pressure in the arteries.
If you are the blood pressure medications, all medications as prescribed. Try to close your pills at the same time every day, and never skip a dose. If you have side effects or do not believe that your pressure is high, see your doctor about your concerns. Make sure that your mine rules before they expect.
