You have to be brief get ... ... to the point and say what you say in the least amount of words, etc. You must eliminate all gibberish! When I bought my first computer in 2001, it came bundled with MSN (Microsoft Network) for free for one year. I do not like MSN, so it has expired, and that was it ... I thought so! WHAT?

Well ... well ... well ... I now have to do what I had done so many times in the past, and that was for vehicles, sent a letter to the Attorney General's Office (Consumer Protection Divsion) in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We will find out whether Microsoft will have everything from me! I have a copy of the letter sent to Microsoft in Arizona, where they originated.
