Basic Description
Lupus is a chronic disease in which the immune system attacksthe connective tisue of the joints, muscles and skin and the membranes surrounding other organs. People with lupus are constantly tired and often very sensitive to sunlight on the other hand, the rashes and joint pain, which also characterize the disease are episodic, one day symptoms are present, the next day, they are not.

If you have symptoms of lupus, see your doctor who can diagnose the condition with a blood test. For many lupus victims, only the treatment is necessary, avoid excessive sunlight and constant use of a strong sun cream. In most cases the disease is not considered serious, and about 40 percent of the victims of a spontaneous and total remission.
Mild cases of lupus, only the use of aspirin to relieve symptoms. In severe cases, lupus can cause inflammation around the heart and lungs, kidney disease, or serious joint damage. If you suffer from a severe case of lupus, your doctor may order you oncorticosteroids joint inflammation. You also need checkups on a monthly basis so that you handle all of the above complications as they arise.
