marking a medical report is required when a medical Transcriptionist is a blank or any other question about a report.
It is important to learn and follow the department or the employer's policy for dealing with questionable dictation. Most employers require that their medical Transcriptionist leave blanks rather than to "guess" or dictate to prevent a blank.
Consider the following steps as usual, hospital and clinic space for the end and marking:
• Search the supervisor's opinion, or any other Medical Transcriptionist
• Ask the patient to when the graphic
• Ask the doctor to ask about dictating the word in question. This is often caused by the supervisor or lead transcriptionist
• Leave a space in the report and a flag the attention of the dictator
You will probably get different answers from different doctors. Some doctors can you go beyond what you want, including entire articles from journals or articles to answer your questions. Other doctors are simply the words on the message below.
One problem with sending out is that the paper cut on the report or a post-it note may fall. Notes must be formulated in a manner very tactful. The person to whom the note is angry, if none is.
Another problem is probably the Medical Transcriptionist will never see the printed copy of their reports. Printers are often in another place and another person is assigned, sorting and charting. One solution is to create a standard message on the report as a different page of the report. The message can include:
• Patient's Name
• Other relevant information
• boxes or spaces in order to verify whether the problem is to investigate and a place to "sounds like."
In both cases such as the use of sticky notes or a default message, it is always important to remember that professional medical Transcriptionist, the wishes, the most accurate, highest quality possible with a report will be free and learn from each blank page he or she has to leave in medical dictation.
I have both types of environments in which we all have a reference paper cut or a note, and the others, where there is a standard memo to each transcribed that floats on as part of the whole document, where the report says.
